How this works as a classroom game
Decimon LIVE is the multiplayer decimal-equivalence maze. Same Pac-Man mechanic as Fracman LIVE, but the pellets show decimals β students eat only the values equivalent to the target decimal (0.5, 0.50, 0.500 all match; 0.05 doesn't). The 5-minute timer + class scoreboard format works exactly as Fracman LIVE.
Set-up (60 seconds)
Teacher picks a wave (Wave 1 = halves, Wave 3 = tenths, Wave 5 = fifths), creates a room, shares the code. Students join from any device with the room code.
Game format
Each student has their own maze. Eat decimal pellets equivalent to the target, dodge red ones, avoid ghosts. After 5 minutes the projector shows final placings.
Decimal place-value trap built in
The maze deliberately mixes 0.5, 0.50, 0.05, 0.005 in the same wave β this is the entire game. Students who think 0.50 is bigger than 0.5 will lose points; the game retrains them faster than a worksheet ever could.
Curriculum alignment
Decimal place-value fluency. The single biggest decimal misconception in Year 4β5 (length-of-decimal vs. magnitude) gets surfaced and corrected through repeated gameplay. Aligned to AC v9 Year 4β6 (AC9M4N03, AC9M5N02, AC9M6N01) and US Common Core 4.NF.C.7, 5.NBT.A.3.

Identical engagement to Fracman LIVE β kids who love the maze format and the sabotage layer get hooked on a topic that worksheets usually struggle to make exciting. Particularly valuable for EAL students who can play without language barriers; decimal notation is universal.
How it compares to Blooket and Kahoot
Fills a gap Blooket and Kahoot don't address: a SINGLE mathematical misconception (decimal length confusion) delivered with the repetition needed to fix it. Generic quiz tools can ask the question, but they can't deliver 50 reps under pressure in 5 minutes the way the maze format can.
