These terms cover your use of nodramakoala.com, which is run by No Drama Studios (Australia). By using the site, you agree to them. They are short and written to be read: the games are free, be decent in live rooms, and purchases come with a fair licence and a 14-day refund.
Free games
The games on this site are provided free of charge, as-is, for educational and personal use. We work hard to keep everything running smoothly, but we cannot guarantee the site will always be available or error-free — like any online tool, it may occasionally be down or misbehave, so have a backup plan for important lessons.
No accounts required
You do not need an account to use the site, and students are never asked to create one. Teachers may choose to share an email address for downloads or the newsletter; how we handle that is covered in the Privacy Policy.
Acceptable use
Please use the site the way it is intended: for learning. In particular, do not:
- Abuse live game rooms — for example, using offensive or impersonating nicknames, or joining rooms to disrupt another class's game.
- Attempt to break, overload, or interfere with the site or its games.
- Use the site for anything unlawful.
A server-side filter blocks inappropriate names in live games, and we may close rooms or block access where the service is being abused.
Purchases and licences
Paid printable bundles are one-time digital purchases, priced in USD and processed by Stripe, with files delivered by email or download link. What you can do with purchased resources is set out on the Resource Licence page — in short, a Single-Teacher Licence covering all classes the purchasing teacher teaches, forever.
Refunds
If a purchase is not right for you, email hello@nodramakoala.com within 14 days of purchase and we will refund it in full — no questions asked. Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under consumer law.
Intellectual property
The games, resources, and content on this site belong to No Drama Studios. Free resources may be used in your classroom as described on the Resource Licence page; beyond that, please do not copy, republish, or redistribute site content without permission.
Limitation of liability
The site, games, and resources are provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other consumer protection laws that cannot be excluded; where liability cannot be excluded but can be limited, it is limited to re-supplying the relevant resource or refunding the amount you paid for it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Australia, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Australian courts.
Changes to these terms
If these terms change, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
